My health journey: Starting the auto-immune paleo diet

I just recently created a video on my experience starting the Auto-immune Paleo Diet (AIP). I felt very passionate about making it because the AIP diet provides an alternative way to healing auto-immune conditions.

We have an Auto-immune condition when we suffer from any type of illnesses that involves the body attacking itself. Some examples are Graves’ disease, Hashimoto’s, thyroid problems, skin problems (acne, eczema), Alopecia Areata (spot baldness), rheumatism, celiac disease (gluten intolerance), type 1 diabetes, and the list goes on. I hope this video brings hope and more awareness on how food can be used as medicine. Do watch out as well for Part II, where I will be talking about tips on how to get started on the AIP.
